*Unlimited prints = one print per grouping. That keeps us really busy! We snap ALOT of pictures and our printer is humming from the beginning of your event right up until the end. If we stop to print 6 copies of each grouping, we will get backed up and your guests will get unhappy.
Event & Venue Requirements
📏 Space Needed: 12’ x 12’ for best results
⚡ Power Access: A standard electrical outlet & a table for the printer
⏳ Set-up & Tear-down: Free (one round trip) – fees apply for complex setups
Outdoor Events: We require power access and a backup indoor location in case of bad weather. Deposits are non-refundable if weather prevents setup.
Backdrops: We offer fabric/paper options for indoor setups. Outdoor setups may use a natural backdrop if wind conditions are a concern. Custom backdrops available for an additional fee.
Pricing & Time Adjustments
⏳ Idle Time (Pauses for Speeches, etc.): $60/hour
⏰ Early Setup (Before Event Start): $60 fee
⏳ Shortened Package (2 Hours): -$200 discount
📸 Unlimited printing applies to one print per group to keep the experience smooth and efficient. All photos will be available in your private gallery for easy downloads & social sharing.
