We love furry models! Small, well-behaved pets are allowed for scheduled shoots. Please notify us in advance so we can ensure the space is ready for them.

To ensure a comfortable working environment, we recommend a maximum of 8–10 people in the studio at one time. For larger production crews, please contact us for special arrangements.

What is the rental rate?

Our standard rate is $100/hour with a 2-hour minimum booking. For photographers looking for a consistent home base, we offer Membership Packages that bring the effective rate down significantly.

Does my booking include setup and breakdown time?

Yes. Your rental period begins at your scheduled start time and ends at your scheduled finish time. We recommend booking an extra 30 minutes if you have a complex setup or a large volume of equipment to load out.

What is the cancellation/rescheduling policy?

We require at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future session at our discretion.

What sets and backdrops are available?

We provide a selection of classic seamless paper backdrops (White, Black, and Neutral). We also feature a unique mix of industrial brick walls and our signature Mylar editorial setups for extra cost.

Do I have access to all sets and props?

Yes, members receive access to studio sets, furniture, and props. Premium or custom setups may require an additional fee.

Can I cancel my membership?

Memberships can be canceled after the initial 3-month commitment. A notice may be required prior to your next billing cycle.
