Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours before your scheduled session. A $50 rescheduling fee will apply, and the new date must be booked within 30 days of your original appointment. Please note that clients are allowed to reschedule their session only once. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session will require payment of 50% of the balance, and cancellations made within 48 hours will require payment of the full balance. If I need to reschedule and we cannot agree on a new date, your full deposit will be refunded.

For weddings, the process takes a bit longer due to the volume and attention to detail required, with a turnaround time of 6-8 weeks. However, to keep your anticipation at bay, we are delighted to send you a preview of your beautiful moments within 48 hours of your special day.
